Gardening

Hello, my name is Vincent. Today my dad came over to help us to plant some plants.

In the back we planted some vege seeds like carrots, sweet corn and tomato. In the front we planted some bulbs like freesia, earlicheer, muscari and jonquil.

We got some bamboo out from the back yard and chopped some bamboo off to make stands for the signs.

I felt exhausted so I stopped in the middle of the process and let mum & dad do the rest.

Be sure to look at my blog again because I might upload a post of the plants sprouting.

Here are some pictures (scroll down for more than this)

  1. Kia Ora Vincent,
Wow you have been very busy in the garden! It looks like a huge jib and lucky you had your mum and dad to help! I think you deserved a wee break in the middle!! I look forward to seeing the photos once the seeds sprout and grow into flowers or vegetables! It’s very satisfying growing vegetables. I try to grow tomatoes, lettuces and courgettes most summers too. What is your favourite vegetable?

  2. This looks great Vincent, I really hope that they grow well and look forward to seeing the flowers in bloom and the vegetables ready to pick.
I too love gardening and grow lots of vegetables. I like to grow, potatoes, french beans and cherry tomatoes.

I wonder if any others students like gardening?
